An exquisite example of Italian Modernism, executed in rosewood and brass, this magazine rack showcases much of Cesare Lacca's approach to form and elegance. Although only attributed to the designer, the combination of materials in what would have been originally a brightly polished finish certainly showcases this period of Italian design leading up to the more experimental period of the 60's and 70's.

A finely turned rosewood handle and end caps are a natural pairing to a well-aged brass frame, and although the magazine rack is fully dismantlable it is in very sturdy condition. Poised on raised arched feet, the design features open-and-close sides to add to what is already a wonderfully compact and stylish cradle for your reading material of choice.
