This organic dagger-shaped hand mirror is a striking example of craftsmanship from the postmodern French movement, its wrought iron body skilfully shaped and showcasing a dark copper red patina.
The coiled iron hilt offers a comfortable grip but also balances the weight of the large teardrop glass mirror. These coils imitate wrapped leather, a feature easily mistaken due to the warm hues and organic shaping. Overall in excellent vintage condition with slight signs of additional patination as seen around the boards, with a small glue spot where the glass pommel meets the handle.
